Exploring the Effects of the Procedural Justice of Downsizing on Survivors' Behaviour

Downsizing is seen as a commonly chosen strategy to improve organizational efficiency, effectiveness, performance, competitiveness, and regain financial stability. After the decision on downsizing was made conducted, special attention should be placed those employees who survived downsizing. The purpose of this paper observe how procedural fairness method applied impacts survivers' behaviour. primary assumption that characteristics employed method, here observed Clarity, Validity, Accuracy, impact attitudes survivors viewed through Motivation, Satisfaction, Turnover Intention.
